Introduction to Tagaris

Tagaris is an IT asset register you run on your own server. It records hardware, software licences, domains, stock and warranties in one place: what you have, where it is, who has it, what it cost and when it needs renewing. Every asset keeps a dated history, so the answer to "where did that laptop go" is on its page.

You install it with Docker and work in a plain web interface. Add assets by hand, import them from a spreadsheet or another system, or pull managed devices from Microsoft Intune and Jamf. Print QR labels that open an asset's page from a phone, check equipment out to people, and let renewal alerts warn you before a warranty or licence lapses. Because it is self-hosted, your data stays on your server.

It is built for small IT teams, MSPs and anyone who has outgrown the spreadsheet. The free tier is the full register for a single administrator, with no asset limit; paid plans add multiple users with roles, single sign-on, an audit log and scheduled reports. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
